Determines drilling pattern, face type, and material standard family
DN (metric) or NPS (inch nominal). Bore must also be specified.
PN (bar-based) or Class. Determines pressure-temperature capability.
Must match the mating flange facing. Gasket type is face-dependent.
ASTM/EN designation. Specify L grade for weld-sensitive service.
Non-standard bore is common for thick-walled or specialty pipe. Specify exact ID if custom.
