ASME B16.5 Socket Weld Flange Dimension Lookup
Select size and pressure class for the key socket weld flange dimensions in millimetres. Values are taken from ASME B16.5 (NPS 1/2–3). Full Class 600–2500 tables and bolt lengths are in our downloadable spec sheet.
Installation Note
Socket bore is set by pipe OD, so every schedule of a given NPS shares the same socket — see our pipe-to-socket fit checker. Keep a 1/16″ (1.6 mm) bottoming gap at fit-up.
